Frequently Asked Questions

What is FHG’s capacity for manufacturing?
FHG has just opened the newest, most modern, and largest manufacturing plant in Asia, for the
production of cabinetry, flooring and acrylics. With all our remaining plants and even the capacity to
add new facilities quickly, we are more than prepared to meet most any need of the US market.
Currently, we hold over 4 million square feet of manufacturing facilities.

Can FHG get products to US Customers as quickly as needed?
The short answer—Absolutely! Of course, manufacturing our products in China necessitates
shipping the products to the states. With simple planning, we can meet virtually any production
schedule. We currently hold in excess of $10 million of inventory in our US facilities. We are prepared
to do what is necessary to meet the needs of our distributors.

What about quality?
We stand behind our products completely. We know we meet or exceed the production standards of
any American manufacturer. It is our never ending goal to continue improving this quality. For
example, recently FHG reinvested nearly $500,000 into newer drying systems to remove any potential
problems with moisture.

Can FHG really compete in price with American manufacturers?
We know we can compete not only in quality but even more in price. FHG understands the
commitment our customers make to their customers concerning quality. We also understand money
must be made to keep the smallest to the largest business operable. It is our goal to provide our
distributors with a significant advantage over their competitors by having a considerably lower
production cost.

Can FHG move quickly to meet its customer’s needs?
The management structure of our company is very different than other companies. FHG is managed
by a streamlined team and needs only a short time to make decisions and necessary changes. We
own the US office all the way to the manufacturing facilities in China. We are regularly in China
watching over our operations making sure our quality standards are being met and to insure we can
move as quickly as needed.
